Can Perminate Damage Be The Reason For Testical Pain?

I had a period of several days having pounding sex with my wife. I noticed that my pelvis area was sore and then extreme testical pain for one day but it lingered for several days. Now every time we have sex my testicals and pelvic hurt. It stops me from finishing. Could I have done some perminate damage?

Varicocele with pelvic pains from referred pain in abdomen ,during arousal and sex.
This Varicocele has occured lately after the pounding sex you had lately.It was already present in a hidden stage, which got expressed after the bout of long period of sex lately.
This needs USG scrotum / with Color Doppler to fix its diagnosis and plan for its correction by Varicelectomy.
