Can Paracetamol Be Taken For Fever, Headaches And Body Ache?
good morning doctor.
I am suffering from fever and head ache and body pains since yesterday.i took paracetamol 650mg feach for every six hours.yesterday night i faint and my body went cold and fever and every thing subsided.Is it normal to faint when using this medication

No fainting is not a side effect of paracetamol,It is from the cause of your fever ,you might have an infection and need antibiotics if its viral ,Or anti histamine if its viral,But keep hydrated by drinking lots of water and resting,also have enough food to keep the glucose level good,If you do not improve in 12 hours please seek medical help by seeing a doctor or a medical center.
