HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, chest pain or sternal pain should never be taken as a granted or should not be taken like that only, but it needs to be ruled out for cardiac pain and to do this it is advisable to get done the EKG.
It is very much known that other symptoms may mimic cardiac pain but it may not be like that as for example hyperacidity exhibit the same kind of symptoms as the ischemic pain, I would advise to have PPI, such pain may not be because of pancreas or lupus, but it should not be taken lightly
hope this information helps.
