is it probable for a shoulder pain in one shoulder to affect the other shoulder if not treated can my right shoulder pain causes pain in my left shoulder if not treated likely or not likely

There is no connection in both shoulders,but probably you are giving more strain on other shoulder.

If both shoulders are paining then it is probably osteoarthritis if u have not done some exercises.
So if u are in hunt for a nerve connection between the two then it is unlikely.
