Can Pain In Lower Abdomen Be Due To Certain Exercises?

HEllo, i have varicocele (of the Shunt kind) and i am also a fitness freak. So for the moment i am using both amino acids and a medium fat burner (for the first time). I sometimes have some strange feeling in my lower abdomen, on the right... it is not my abdomen, it is lower than that but i donnow what is the name of this area... jsut wanted to know is it important or not? should i avoid some specific excercises such as abdominal moves? thanks

hi dear
thanks for asking
as you have mentioned that you are doing exercise and pain has developed in the groin area...yes it might be exercise induced as you may not have done proper warm up....i would advise to take rest for a few days and take some pain killers...mean while if pain is increasing or you developed problems with urination or defecation then you should consult a doctor...hope the the answer helps you
