Can Overdosed Paracetamol Stop Periods

i had my period started yesterday.....i was suffering from fever from the last 4 days....that is why i m on a very heavy dose of pcm....but my period just stopped 2day.....usually i have 3-4 day cycle....is it because of fever or taking too much paracetamol....pls help

The menstrual cycle is influenced by any emotional or physical stress.

If you are currently ill with symptoms such as fever, it would affect the level of menstrual bleeding.
This is the reason that the cycle only lasted 2 days and not the normal 3 to 4 days.
