Can Oral Sex Cause Thrush And Sores In Mouth?

Its been 5 days and starting today he s had a couple one minute instances where he s had an off taste similar to what I tasted like.Is this normal??Please help I m clean but I m scared that I may have given him thrush somehow.Can someone tell me if this is normal I m very paranoid and need reassurance.He also doesn t have any sores or problems tasting food.
