Can online doctor suggest me on internal fever ?

i met with an accident one month back. yet i have body aches . i get tired very soon. i feel fever internally but the thermometer does not show. what could be the reason?

The feeling of internal fever is the result of weakness and not of fever. Amongst herbs Giloya /Amrita is the drug of choice for all fevers and to raise immunity. Ashwagandha or shilajit will restore your health.
