Can One's Height Be Increased At The Age Of 37?
Hello, My name is Kayode from Nigeria West Africa, I am 37y.o, my height has been my major concern among my peeps I do not feel comfortable and also in some of the social activities, I have seen a lot of grow taller pills online which I do not trust, I want to ask, if its still possible to gain few more inches at my age? I am 5 3. please suggest if there is any natural ways such as type of exercise and diet or if there is any type of pills that do not have side effect I can use? Thank you, Kayode,

At this age it is not possible to increase height.
After 20 years epiphysis of long bones fuses with bones so there is no chance of increasing height.
If some body claims to increase height, do not believe.
This is all to earn money.
