Hello there, I have read your query and understand your concern. Growth in height depends on bone growth. Bone growth stops at the age of 20 in 95% individuals and upto 30 years in remaining cases. I'm not sure in your case you can gain height but as you are still 22 years of age you can give it a try. Join some gym and start exercising accordingly. All the best
