Hi,

Welcome to HCM. I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Your results say you are hypothyroid. But don't worry, this is a simple disease to treat, without much complications.
Your thyroid is not producing enough thyroid hormones. So we just need to replace it. If I were your treating physician I would have started you on thyroid hormone replacement (thyroxine or synthyrox 50-75 mcg based on your weight) and followed you up after 6 weeks.

Once your thyroid function is normalised (usually within 6 weeks), you can plan for pregnancy. You can have a normal baby with normal intelligence. You just need to take the medications regularly and see a physician/ endocrinologist with blood tests.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
