Can One Contract STD Through Kissing?

Looking for further education on STD transmission. Feel very naive about this subject. What I am curious to understand is: Can you get a STD from kissing your partners penis while there are no fluids present yet? In other words, does any STD remain on the skin that can transmitt to your mouth if in contact witht the skin or is it just bodily fluids? Also, if your partner ejaculates on... say your stomach - can the STD be transmitted through the skin?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Generally the sexually transmitted diseases can get transmitted when one comes in contact with infected fluids.
Penile opening contains fluids even when it appears dry because the mucus membrane of the urethra directly opens into the surface and the mucus membrane is lined with fluids.
Thus, there is potential risk of transmitting STDs while kissing genital region.
The skin does not contain any infectious agent which can be transmitted.
Thus, ejaculation on stomach will not transmit any STD.

Thanks and take care
