If she is still a virgin and there was no penetration then pregnancy is unlikely and in my opinion the cause for the delay in her period is most probably just a hormonal fluctuation caused by the activitiea you both went about. This is normal and many women who have had physical contact without sexual intercourse do experience such a presentation.
