Hi Kapil Humar

Welcome to HealthcareMagic.

Pain can be due to if any adhesions happened due to surgery.I advise her to get examined to rule out any infection or anatomical abnormality.
Regarding next pregnancy , the chances of normal vaginal delivery are low .If the uterus mouth is not adequate at the time of delivery , cesarean section would be opted.
Any further question you can comment here or mail me.

Take care.
