Can My Wife Get Pregnant With 30% Motile Sperms?

I am 27 male trying for baby for past five months.I have undergone a semen analysis to confirm that everything are normal from my side. Lab results are as follows:

Microscopic Exam
Color : Grayish White
Volume: 0.5ml
Reaction : Alkaline
Liquification Time: with ni 30 mints
Viscoisty: High

Motility
Total Sperm Count: 20 millions/ml
Total Motility : 30%
Total Activity : 10%
Total Sliggish : 20%
Non Motility : 70%

Abnormal Forms
Dead Sperm : (+)
Tail Lass : (+)

Others
Pus cells: 4 - 6/hpf

Are my lab results are normal? Please let me know. Thanks for your valuable suggestions.

Hello

Your semen analysis report suggests decreased motility with infection.
At least 55 % sperms should be actively motile.
There is also excessive number of pus cells.
Culture and sensitivity should be done so that proper antibiotics can be prescribed.
Fertility should improve with control of infection.If low motility persists then further evaluation should be done including hormone assay,ultrasound of scrotum.
