I have a habit of pressing and twisting my nose strongly. I fear my nose will get flat or get bent. Can my nose get flat or get bent due to pressing and twisting my nose strongly with great force?

why you press your nose so hard..? it wont get bent or flat but if you twist with force surely you may end fracturing nasal bone and this may lead to nasal deformity.Better stop doing it.
