Can Muscle Cramps And Elevated Alcohol Content Be The Reason Of Dehydration?

I have constant muscle cramps and wonder if this is the result of dehydration. I also often wonder if my blood alcohol content is elevated as a result of dehydration. I am never thirsty, therefore only drink water when I require liquid for swallowing.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, you have muscle cramps, which are constant.
Dehydration means, either you should loose water, or you are craving for water for starvation.
You are not feeling thirsty, means you are not dehydrated.
The pains could be due to the deficiency of the electrolytes, calcium, anemia, or fibromyalgia etc.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods.
wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
