Can Mild Vaginal Pain Be An Indication Of Pregnancy?

Hi doctor, I have mild vegina pain. Not shooting pain but mild and subsides in sometime. I m married for 2.5 years and delivered a baby in Jan 2016.I m breastfeeding lo and my periods stopped after my delivery bleeding. I doubted uti and consulted doctor. She prescribed medicines and I m taking it. Still I have same issues. Will this be any serious issue? Is there a chance im pregnant again as the pain feels more like mild cramps. Since im on uti medication, im afraid if urine pregnancy test kit would work.
