Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
Menopasual symptoms wont appear so suddenly, it could be due to the poly arthritis.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. She may need to have an M.R.I. for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days. Ofloxacin, mefenamic acid, and paracetamol.
Ask her to avoid taking potato, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods till she is relieved of the pains.
Ask her to take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to promote the recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
