Looking at your history, you seem to be suffering from Anxiety disorder. We can understand you must be going through lot of distress. But don't worry, you can definitely come out of this. For that treatment include medicines, psychotherapy, and lifestyle modifications.

For pharmacological therapy (medicines) you should consult Psychiatrist. he/she will prescribe you medicine after detailed history and physical examination.

Psychotherapy include analysing your thought pattern and help you trying to think rationally. For that any good counsellor can help you.

Lifestyle modifications include some changes in your routine, like..

Regular exercise - walking is best exercise. Try to walk for at least 30 minutes a day. That will increase endorphins (feel good hormone) in brain. You can start playing any sports which you like.

Meditation - you can take any course of meditation available in your area. Some residential courses are available. Once you learn, you can practice at home.

Sleep - try to get enough sleep at night. Read some good book before sleeping. Try to avoid TV or net surfing just prior to sleep.

Balanced diet - eat meals regularly. Include fresh fruits and vegetables in your food. take more milk, walnut and banana. It will help your body produce more serotonin - necessary to feel good.

Most importantly try to become good human being. Try to help people to overcome their problems. Spare some time for volunteering for some NGO. It will not fail, even if everything fails.

Please feel free to ask if you have any questions.

Believe me, YOU CAN COME OUT OF THIS. Just try..
