Can Medicine Like Shatavari Help In Conceiving?

Hi, I am 32 year old and trying to conceive from last 3 years. I had a miscarriage of 1 and half month before 5 months. I am having doubt whether i will be able to conceive and give birth to child normally. What should i do? Can medicine like shatavari help?

Thanks for the query.
To treat infertility primary checkup is essential.
Consult gynecologist once and undergo investigations like:
-Hemoglobin levels
-Blood sugar levels
-Thyroid profile
-Levels of FSH, LH, estrogen and progesterone on third day of the menstrual cycle.
-Ultrasound to detect the ovarian reserve, uterine condition etc.
Then, if your doctor recommends go for ovulation induction and follicular study.
Plan intercourse around the period of ovulation.
This will increase the chances of pregnancy.
If needed take support of hormones with your doctor's advice.
Shatavari etc can help as dietary supplements but they themselves may not improve fertility.
Start taking folic acid supplements from now onwards.
