Can Medication Taken For Typhoid Lead To Jaundice?
i got typhoid.i took medicine for it five day.while i was taking the medicine of typhoid i vomit and i hat taking medicine. after 5 day taking medicine i also got jandice. did i got jandice because of that medicine. my jandice blood report was normal before taking medicine?
Jaundice can be precipitated by certain medications. Jaundice which is caused by medicines usually leads to increase in levels of unconjugated bilirubin. Thus, I would suggest you to get serum levels of total bilirubin , direct and indirect bilirubin. However, it is not possible to comment that the jaundice is caused by typhoid medications or some other cause.
