Can Maxillofacial Surgery Treat Congenital Ptosis?

I had congenital ptosis, jaw wink phenomenonand vertical squnit of the right eye. After blepharoplasty of the upper eye lid and squint correction the right lower lid began to sag. though canthoplasty and lateral tarsal strip procedure was done on the right lower lid there is not much improvement. Kindly let me know if there is any remedy available in maxillofacial surgery?
