Hi..
Can understand your concern..

As per your complain an infection in the tooth can cause pain in the infected tooth and many a times the pain is radiated to the same side of the jaw and even ear..

If you have an infected tooth the pain in ear on the same side can be due to it.

As you had mastoid infection it also leads to pain in ear of the affected side and after placement of the tympanostomy tube the chances of having pain based on mastoid infection can be due to inflammation or re-infection or pressure build up in ear BUT the chances are more that it can be due to infected tooth..

But for the sake of precaution I would suggest you to consult your ENT expert too so that he can evaluate that if there is any issue with the surgery which was performed or it is a dental issue..

If infected tooth is found as culprit higher painkillers and antibiotics like Augmentin and appropriate dental procedure to clean up the infected tooth by either filling, root canal treatment or extraction can solve your problem..

Hope you get well soon..

Thanks and regards..
