Hi, dear I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You have low platelet count due to dengue. Low platelet count is common in all viral fever. Your red marks are due to low platelet count. If you find any symptoms of bleeding then consult your doctor urgently. If platelet count decreased further then platelet transfusion may be required. Your platelet count will be increased gradually as your viral infection goes away. Drink plenty of water and take rest. No need to worry. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly. Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
