Can Localized Intermittent Cheat Pain Possibly Cardiac Radiate Pain Into Back?
Is not localized intermittent chest pain, with radiation into back possibly cardiac? pain started after extreme execise 3 days ago, went away - comes back, goes away. Not awakened with it once asleep. Should person consider an emergency room visit or is a visit to the doctor s office good enough?
Hi and welcome to HCM. Your history does not suggest chest pain of cardiac origin, chest pain of cardiac origin does not radiates to the back. your pain could be due to extreme exercise, so its probably musculoskeletal in origin. I suggest to take good pain killer with a muscle relaxant (like tab equiflex 1-0-1 for 3 days), take rest and then consult a doctor if pain wont subside. Please do mention your age next time in any query. All the best, Regards.
