Can Lidocane,hydrocloride And Adrenaline Tartar Taken For Dental Treatment Cause Positive Opiates In Durg Test?
hi,I went for an interview yesterday and failed a drugs test on opiates I was at the dentist on friday and had 2.2ml lidocane ,hydrocloride 2% with1:0000 adrenaline tartar and I also have a high liver count could this have caused It as I don't take drugs thanks. george

False-Positive Results in 5% to 10% of Cases. Cold medications, antidepressant, painkillers can show up false positive results. in ur case it may be false positive due to pain killer used by dentist rather than lidocaine or adrenaline.
