Can Levothyroxine Cause Shortness Of Breath, And Possibly Panic Attacks?
Hello, I started taking 100mg levothyroxine to treat my hypothyroid disease, I smoked weed a few days ago and experience a miserable time and shortness of breath, and possibly panic attacks, Does this have to do with the hypothyroid and/or its medications ?

You seem to have developed adverse effects to 'weed' (Marijuana) while taking Levothyroxine.
However, consult your treating to rule out the possibility of Levothyroxine.
The dose of Levothyroxine should be adjusted in a such a way to have an optimum range of TSH between 0.3-3 mIu/mL.
Avoid taking weed as it can be harmful on long term.
