Can Laxatives Be The Reason For Abdominal Pain And Constipation?
I keep getting constipated and my diet has plenty of fibre with lots of water drank daily, sometimes i don t go to the loo after 4 days and i have to take a laxative but they give me awful bellyache and the runs for 3 days after? Help? YYYY@YYYY

Constipation is not a trouble worth resolving in a day. it takes time and a continuous care, Usually there is always a reason behind it for the constipation. SO that needs a gastroenterologist, and examination, till that continuous fiber intake plenty of fluids and some laxatives will help. use some lactuloses for the flatulance and belly aches will be relieved by simple antispasmodics like phloroglucinols and hyoscine.
