hi sonam
thanks for posting your query on health care magic .
The condition you are talking about is not very clear as in what part of your body has excess hair and what is the texture of the hair is it coarse and thick like male hair or fine feminine hair

Hirsutism is a condition in which excessive hair growth occurs in certain areas of a woman's face and body, that creates a male pattern of hair. Women normally can have fine, pale, faintly visible hair in these areas, but heavy hair growth in a male pattern with coarse or colored hair is not expected.
Hirsutism in women means that hair follicles are being over-stimulated by testosterone or other androgen hormones. Androgens are the dominant sex hormones in men. Women normally have low levels of androgens, but abnormally high levels of androgens can lead to excess hair growth.

Firstly we should find out the cause of excess facial & body hair for a female.I will advice you to visit an endocrinologist and a gynecologist to rule out hormonal imbalance and PCOS respectively . Their examining and investigations would help determine about your condition.
The best way to remove excess facial and body hair is by Laser since the Laser targets the pigment in the root of the hair follicles which gradually decreases the hair to almost negligible .Various choices are available with dermatologists and laser surgeons in form of Diode , Nd Yag or IPL in decreasing order of efficacy. If the proper laser is used in the proper settings of fluence , spot size and wavelength then there is no earthly reason for it to not give the results you want . You need to undergo the treatment in 6 to 8 sittings with every sitting around 4 to 6 weeks apart. Since results vary from person to person ,some people donot have permanent removal but reduction of hair number and texture.
There are several clinics in mumbai dealing with laser hair removal , which one is to be chosen is your personal choice.
I hope i have answered to all your queries
If any further doubts feel free to post again
God Bless

Hi Sonam, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
Have you put on weight recently? Are your Periods regular? You are suffering from Hirsutism which means excess facial hair growth or any part of the body. It is due to, Hormonal Imbalance like PCOS, Hypothyroidism or few medications. Kindly get yourself examined by a Andrologist so that he can examine you and rule out the exact cause. Because the treatment depends upon the cause and once it is treated, the hair growth will be under control. If it is left untreated, the hair will be regrowing once again. The treatment options include, oral contraceptives, Anti androgens, topical hair removal creams like Eflornithine. Hair removal therapies include, Electrolysis and Laser therapy. Speak to your dermatologist so that he can examine you and suggest you which one suits you better. Bleaching may also help you as it removes the hair color, making the hair less visible.
Exercise regularly and maintain a healthy weight. Eat healthy nutritious balanced diet which should include fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables and avoid stress. Stick to your treatment plan and go for regular follow up. There are many Hair removal clinics at Mumbai like Kaya, Sanche etc... You can speak to your dermatologist first and then go ahead.

Good Luck.
