Can Lack Of Appetite Be The Cause Of Blood In Stool And Stress?

I am under sooo much stress and in the past 2 days I have noticed blood in my stool, pinky urine (like blood), stomache pains (very intense at times) and lack of appetite in over a week. I have had a partial hysterectomy and cancer runs in my family and ulcers. What is happening to me?....

Hello,

First of all try to come out of the stress and stop thinking about cancer because it is not cancer neither it is the disease of any kind but it seems to be due to less water intake, so drink more water have fiber containing diet and you will see everything is alright.
