Can Irregular Menstruation Inhibit Conception?
Abnormal...? My name is Amy, I am 20 & married. My husband and I have been trying to concieve for almost a year, I have very irregular menstruations and was placed on birthcontrol to regulate them. Well, since we are ttc I quit taking it and they are back to irregular. Am I normal? Is there another option rather than birthcontrol?

Firstly i would like to advise you certain investigations viz FSH, LH, AMH, TSH and prolactin.
These are the hormones which will tell us the probable reason for infertility.
Your irregular cycles can be dealt with by adding progesterone in last 14 days of cycle which will help in maintaining pregnancy also along with regularising your cycle.
