Hello,

Thank you for the question and welcome to healthcare magic!

PCOS is a common lifestyle disorder which leads to hormone imbalance in body. This hormone imbalance causes irregular menses, less bleeding during menses and weight gain. As its a chronic illness it cannot be cured but can be managed.

Weight loss, daily exercise are lifestyle changes that will help in getting your regular menses.
As you wish to get pregnant, ask your gynecologist about ovulation induction medicine such as clomiphene which help women with PCOS to get pregnant.
PCOS is a lifestyle disorder and need lifestyle changes to get it under control.

Risk of getting cancer if your mother had cancer depends on the type of cancer and her age when she was diagnosed with it. Not all cancer are transferred genetically.

Let me know if you have any questions, takecare!
