Can Irregular Menstrual Cycle Cause Problems In Conceiving?

m 29 years.my periods so irregular.i had consulted doctor .and also i gone through all tests ,in ultrasound test i got normal bt in blood test they suspect i hv pollycitic syndrome.after ultrasonic test .the result is normal.and now we are planning for baby..we tried frm last december till now bt still i didnt consive..plz guide me....wat to do

1.Yes, regular periods does plays a major role in conceive pregnancy.
2.First get in touch with your treating doctor, you will be given hormonal treatment to regularise your periods, only after that you will able to conceive.
3.Polycystic syndrome is an ultrasound finding - which do cause irregular periods and difficulty in pregnancy.
