Can Iron Deficiency Cause Discomfort In Back And Shoulders?

I am just slightly iron deficient, my back between the sholuder blades are uncomfortable, possibly because of poor posture, I am going through menopause, I am in college and almost graduating, I also work part time, stressed, cranky, and feel burntout....does an iron deficiency cause some of those symptoms...or am I just tired.

Hello,
Thank you for your contact to healthcare magic.
I understand your health concern, if I am your doctor I suggest you that it is because of combination of iron deficiency, bad posture and near menopause symptoms. I advice to take good treatment for iron therapy under your doctors guidance, hormone replacement therapy for near menopause. And maintain good posture so that your back muscle won't fatigue easily.

I will be happy to answer all your future concern.
Thank you,
Dr Arun Tank
Infectious disease specialist.
Wish you a best health at health care magic.
