Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read your query and reviewed it with context to your query facts.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Secondary Hydrocele with Varicocele. This has caused the problem you have, which is causing discomfort every now and then.
I would advise you to support the testicles with good ugies,
before you start running.IF the pain and discomfort increases, you should not run even as the Varicosity would increase the engorgement of the Testes, which would reduce the size and functioning of the testes.
USG study of the spermatic core with Color doppler study to confirm the increased congestion in the Varicose veins would fix the diaganosis.
Running could cause the recurring hydrocele and should Hence be curtailed and stopped in your case.
Sex is not the hindrance to your sexual activity, but you need to be careful to treat the Varicocele on priority.
As sex activity would also increase the venus insufficiency and would cause the atrophy of the testes over a time, from increase testicular temperatuer damaging the sperm producing ability of the testes.
Hope this would help you to reduce worry with your problem.
Take care and wish you to recover fast and Live healthy.

Hope this reply would help you to plan further treatment with your family and specialist doctors there.

Welcome for any further query in this regard.

Good Day!!
