Yes, Welbutrin and Trazodone are known to have some minor effect on liver enzymes so this could be cause of elevated liver markers such as SGOT and SGPT. If this is just slight elevation then medications should not be changed but if there is significant values then you should consider switching it to another antidepressants. Also, you should avoid alcohol, and fatty food till liver findings stabilize. All medications changes should be discussed with your doctor. If liver abnormality persist no matter of medication stop then you should look for some other causes such as fatty liver or viral hepatitis.
