Hi & Welcome.
Incomplete data like age, gender, any other associated symptom??

It is unlikely to be the cause of your hair loss.

Amlodipine (calcium channel blocker) is commonly prescribed to treat high BP. Its most common side effects include dizziness, lightheadedness, swelling around the ankles and feet, flushing, increased heart beats, and constipation.

Hair loss could be due to some other reason like age related male pattern baldness or due to certain deficiency states or thyroid issues.

You need to be properly examined by a dermatologist to rule out other causes and treatment.

Hope this answers your query.
