Can Injections Help One Avoid Sickness And Bleeding?

I am 56yrs female about 150 ht 5'7-5'8 have ra & osteoporosis. Am anemic, told low iron, But believe many things going on, as thyroid score 4 something dont have test w/me, b12 last was 460 I believe ,looking at one of past test which was 411, (low to me) Aso believe alzheimer symptoms from this + freezing, numb feet, hands in winter especially. I am home bound & have whats called visiting physicians which i do appreciate...but don't do much & say thyroid,b12 ok,even though have 98% of symptoms except common sore tongue, my gums are always sore & swell don't know if this is caused by this. I want injections b12 & iron (can't take iron w/needed calcium for osteo, have to wait in between coffee then meals, so eat only once a day. plus I almost vomited last time,& extremely tired after taking it, also tarry stools, does this mean I'm at least absorbing it, because I feel I'm not, same as b12 due to ra,(intrinsic factor) so wondering if its causing bleeding? I take prevacid, metoprolol, also ibuprofen 800 every 4 hrs & prednisone 20mg daily which also may be causing bleeding. Question is: Can I avoid sick, tired, bleeding & avoiding coffee, food with injections? And how can I get these drs to order these thats the difficult part, I was bed ridden in past lost mass muscle,no use of upper arms,& mental probs. And still no b12, Any help is appreciated. sorry for so much to read.

Hi Linda,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Improved nutrition can reduce sickness, tiredness. Nutritional improvement with Vit B12 and other B-complex is necessary along with iron. Also protein also needs to be added into diet to improve it. Injections alone can be used for essential minor nutrients, your major muscles mass loss, weakness is due to excessive malnutrition. Proteins, carbohydrates and even unsaturated fat is also needed.
2. Avoiding coffee is necessary. Bleeding if in the stomach, will require endoscopy. Mediation induced gastritis can be prevented with medication, however, gastritis requires control. Proton pump inhibitors like pantoprazole is needed to improve it.
3. You need to take multiple small nutritional meals. Injections can be taken for minor essential nutrients. Ibuprofen and prednisone, increase risk of bleeding. Dosage reduction or after food intake could be helpful. Empty stomach medications are prone to gastritis.
4. Multiple symptoms of vit B-complex, irone, Vit C, Zinc, etc are present. You need more supplements. Injection alone, might not be adequate. You would need to take it orally too.
Hope it helps.
