iam 26years male,marketing profession. Since from 10months i am feeling weakness, back pain .i dont maintain food timings,is dis only the reason. health

As your work is such that you rush here and there so more energy waste and again you do not proper diet due to your profession giving rise to negative calorie balance causing weakness and fatigue,
So along with work find some time for food.
Take some vitamin supplements.
take plenty of water,juices etc.

As you mentioned about your profession, it appears you do not sleep well enough also. You are taking a lot of stress. You need to relax. Try deep breathing exercises, practice yoga and meditation. Eat high protein diet for good energy to bones and muscles like pulses, cereal, wheat, lean meat (if you are non-vegetarian), eggs. Do not eat junk food, colas. Drink plenty of water. Eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables for vutamins and good bowels.
