Hi there, I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

Please do not panic.
I will suggest you to get thyroid function tests done. Only if your tests indicate hypothyroidism- meaning lowered thyroid function, then only thyroid hormone medications need to be taken. I will suggest you not to take them without medical supervision.

I will suggest you to opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen. Include more portions of fruits and vegetables and salads in daily diet. Avoid refined sugars and deep fried foods and bakery products.
Have a regular exercise schedule that includes cardiovascular exercise and weight training exercise.
Please do not go behind fast weight loss and fad diets. It proves harmful to health in the long run.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
