Can I Take Painkiller 'excedrin' Before Undergoing Blood Tests?

I am having blood tests done and was told to fast for 12 hours. On Monday, I was diagnosed with an ear infection and my ear will randomly start throbbing pretty bad. Am I able to take a pain killer, like Excedrin, or will that affect the blood work?

Hi,
Excedrin contains paracetamol, aspirin and caffeine.
If any coagulation studies or glucose studies are planned it should be avoided.
Routine blood tests are not usually affected except bleeding time.
If you get any abnormal results, try to correlate with medication before making any diagnosis.
Any further query, happy to help again.
