Diazepam is relatively safe in pregnancy, especially when taken on SOS basis. You can take 2 mg tablets as prescribed by your doctor when needed. Also practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation to keep your mind relaxed.
Hope you have healthy pregnancy. Take care.
