Can I Take Bestozyme Syrup For Stomach Pain And Vomiting?

I have a stomach pain now these days .it started one week ago its still going.. It had seen morning,afternoon,evening before food,also have normaly vamitting these tims, what can id do sir,please give Me some information,,can i use bestozyme syrup?

Thanks for writing to HCM.

Bestozyme wont help...its for indigestion....you are having acute gastritis... take a ppi with antiemetic combination for a few weeks...avoid tea, coffee, spicy foods, soda drinks....you will be fine.
