Hi
Novasure is safe, quick and very effective method to reduce excessive menstrual bleeding. It may not have sides effect as you may thinks. You may not put on weight after the procedure but putting on weight will however depend on your lifestyle. The best to do is not to be scared of the procedure from stories heard but rather go closer to your Gynecologist for advice. You may control your weight by exercising frequently and control your diet.
Hope my answer will help you
Best regards
