Can I Take Nordette 21 As Emergeny Contraceptive ?
Hello, can i use Nordette 21 as emergency contraceptive? because all emergency contraceptive( morning after pill ) are banned here in Philippines. Nordette 21 is available here. should i drink 4 tabs within 72 hrs of unprotected sex and 12 hrs after the 1st dosage? thanks pls reply... thank you.

In emergency contraception Levonorgesterol is to be taken in high dose within 72 hours of unprotected sex.It is not advisable to have this drug for emergency contraception.Try to find a drug which has Levonorgesterol and take.
I advise you to verify whether you need emergency contraception or not.If you are in your safe period , the chances of pregnancy would be very low and you dont need Emergency contraception.
