Actually these cholestrol level is related with rakta dhatu what we say raktagat sukshma pachan vikruti in ayurveda. The treatment for liver, spleen, kidneies, intestines is also recomanded.Take the deccoction of ginger-mamjistha- triphala-pimpali-yasthi-amla with 2 spoon ghi and 1 spoon honey with empty stomach in morning, before lunch, after dinner at night. The mental status is also important.Do regular surya-namaskaram and dhyna.Abdominal pind sweda is also helpful for such patients.A complete nadi chikitsa is required, for further pin point treatment and medicine if any.Follow din charya and rutu charya.
