Hi, may I answer your hei stopped breast feeding my baby at 2 weeks now he is 2 &1/2 months he is allergic to the protein in cows milk an i had to put him on similac allimentum which is $25 for the small can and im not seeing any kind of improvement i want to put him back on the breast but my ob wont prescribe anything to help my milk supply come back in he said its too late i dont think its too late bcuz i can express a few drops but when i pumped but nothing came out i can get my son to latch on for a minute but nothing comes out so he gets mad and quits sucking. ive read that adoptive mothers can lactate even if they have never been pregnant before. so my question is is there any over the counter medicines or herbs that i can take that will help or is it really too late?
