Dear pavan, the disadvantages of gym are overdoing exercises and sometimes putting extra strain on your heart and body. So be careful, do exercises only in moderation. Stop if they cause any type of pain. Check weather the gym has emergency kits. Also qualified trainer is also very important. Natural exercises like playing games , swimming are better than gym exercises.

There is no wrong to go to gym.But do regular exercise to make you fit and well maintain body shape.
Avoid extra stratchings and over weight lifting.
Take more liquids and good balanced diet.don't take any pack nutrision diet from gym without under guidance of your physician.
