Kindly do not worry as you will continue to grow until you are 25 as your Bone Growth plates (Epiphysial Plates) fuse by 25. Do regular swimming and skipping, as they are known to increase your Height. Eat healthy nutritious protein rich diet which should include eggs, chicken, fish, milk, fresh fruits and green leafy veggies as they increase the muscle bulk.
